Refund Policy

Last updated 6 July 2026. This page explains when GE IQ Premium is refundable and how to cancel.

Free trial

New subscribers get a free Premium trial. Cancelling before the trial ends prevents any charge. If you cancel during the trial you are not billed and no refund is needed. One trial per account.

Cancelling a paid subscription

You can cancel Premium at any time from the Account panel inside GE IQ. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep Premium access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Refunds after the trial

Because GE IQ Premium is a digital service that is available in full immediately after subscription, we do not offer refunds for a partial billing period once it has started. If you were billed in error, if the service was unusable due to a fault on our side for a sustained period, or if you have any other exceptional circumstance, contact us through the Contact page and we will look at it in good faith.

EU statutory withdrawal rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance-sold contract within 14 days of purchase. By starting a Premium subscription and using the service immediately, you are asked to expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully delivered. If you have not used any Premium feature and you are within the 14-day window, contact us via the Contact page and we will refund you.

Failed or duplicate charges

If Stripe charged you more than once for the same billing period, or if a charge appears after you cancelled, contact us via the Contact page with the Stripe receipt and we will refund the duplicate or incorrect charge.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds usually reappear within 5-10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback. Most billing issues can be resolved directly and faster than a bank dispute. A chargeback opened without contacting us first may result in the associated sync code being blocked from future subscriptions.
