GE IQ is run by a single person. The fastest way to reach us is through one of the channels below.
In-app feedback
The quickest route for bug reports, feature requests, and general messages is the Feedback button inside the app. It sits in the bottom-right corner on every screen. Messages sent that way arrive by email and get a reply.
Support for Premium and billing
For Premium billing questions, refund requests, or account-related help, use the in-app Feedback button and pick "General" or "Bug", and include the sync code you were using when the issue happened. If you have a Stripe receipt, forward the receipt number too. See the Refund Policy for what is refundable.
Open source
The RuneLite plugin that pairs with GE IQ is open source. Bug reports and pull requests are welcome on GitHub: github.com/LarsJ95/ge-iq-runelite-plugin.
Legal and privacy
For privacy, data, and legal questions, see the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Formal notices can be sent through the in-app Feedback button until a dedicated postal or email channel is published here.
